We will be accepting summer 2025 registrations starting in Decemember 2024. The prices you see are those for 2024. These prices are subject to change in the comming year as we complete our budget calculations and renew hay, insurance, and other contracts. Lock in the 2024 price by registering as soon as you can! Prices may change in March 2025!

Please follow both steps to attend camp
1. Reserve your spot by using the booking options below
2. Fill out the Registration Form
We must have both your payment and registration form complete in order to reserve your space. It is your responsiblity to make sure you have filled out the registration and have paid. In the event that only one is completed and not the other your child will not be permitted to attend camp on the first day. They will start the second day. We do not give refunds for inadequately filled out paperwork. You must use the same valid email address for both your payment and your registration form. This is what we will use to verify your registration and payment. If you use an email address that you do not access regularly you will miss important notices from our program.
The More you go the more you save!
If you register for any 1, 2 or 3 days of any given week and decide you would like to attend the rest of the week the additional cost is that of the added program. "The more you come the more you save Discount" is reserved for those that register for the full week program in advance. Processing fees are non refundable.
5 days $400: $80 per day Mon-Fri
3 Days $270: $90 per dayMon-Wed or Wed-Fri
2 days $200: $100 per day Mon-Tue or Thur-Fri
1 Day $115: Mon or Wed
(4 Days available only by request for privately booked weeks $385 for 4 days)

Payment Policy. **Please only make your selection when you are ready. Due to the limited space in each camp week we can not offer refunds once you have purchased your week at camp. We ask families to be honest and ethical and understand that once you have chosen to attend camp we are relying on that income to feed our family of both people and critters.
If you are unsure about attending camp please make your other scheduling arrangements first before scheduling with us.
COVID : We have modeled our covid response and policy after the matsu School District. In the event that your camp week must close due to a covid related restriction or exposure all safety protocols and notifications will be followed. Your tuition will be applied to the next safe and available camp date that meets your schedule. Or you can apply the tuition to any of our party packages.
** If some one else is supposed to pay for your 2 hour session with us or your full week please check with them before you choose to pay. If we recieve 2 payments for the same camper we will refund the second payee minus the credit card processing fees. For a full week of camp this is roughly $15 and for a 2 hour session this is about $3. |
